26/50. With frizzled onions. An excellent pairing with pan de cristal and red wine.
25/50. With roasted potatoes. Romaine salad with fresh caesar dressing.
24/50 Super deep flavors, in contrast to the fresher spring flavors of the previous sheet pan gnocchi.
23/50. Light and very airy. Bread flour is absolutely required. Maybe try with sourdough and/or a small amount of whole wheat flour.
22/50 Fantastic sauce that would work with any kind of fish, with rice, or corn tortillas
21/50. Added optional tomatoes. Creamy and delicious, using the pasta water is a good method. Could use more tomatoes.
20/50 Dressed with marinara. Definitely needs a sauce, eggs only need maybe 5-8 minutes.
19/50 Cut the leeks larger. Is a big dry, but some oil fixes that. Might be good with additional herbs.
18/50 Liked the mix of sweet and salty. Beyond sausage would work well too. White beans instead of lentils would be interesting.
17/50 The sauce takes a lot of work and is very subtle, but works if you have some leftover tofu, scallions, and not much else.
