48/50 Aka Stir-fried Flat Rice Noodles with Chili Bean Sauce. Really good, hits the same spot as Pad Thai, maybe a bit easier though. Pick one green vegetable. Scrambled eggs this time, but tofu would be good too.
47/50 Would also work with pasta. Use less peas, maybe squeeze of lemon.
46/50 Potatoes not worth the time, but braised greens more often, especially braised garlic and stems.
45/50 From NYTimes Cooking, with corn starch. Delicious way to@make hash browns without turning on the oven.
44/50. Mushrooms added, still a bit bland. Maybe generous sliced garlic. Very easy on the plancha.
43/50 Sauce is excellent, Asparagus didn’t work, pepper works. Maybe try cabbage or kale? Carrots?
42/50 Definitely add ginger & garlic, double the turmeric. Also jalapeño or Thai chilis. Toppings are essential. Needs a protein.
41/50. Intensely rich and salty. Also very easy and very tasty. Pretty much always have the ingredients.
40/50. Needs anchovy flavor, maybe fry anchovies with white of scallions. Or just use fish sauce.
39/50. Great for using up any sort of greens. Calls for preserved lemon, but lemon or lime juice work. Really simple. https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1020754-spicy-white-bean-stew-with-broccoli-rabe?smid=ck-recipe-iOS-share
