64. Good, easy, but maybe not the best way to do cherry tomatoes and fish. Needs more tomatoes, more spice mix.
63. Takes 8hrs and sour cream, but totally unattended. Delicious creamy and rich in a midwestern way. Top with cheddar, scallions and something crunchy.
62. A real winner, easy, usually have everything to make it, except pearl couscous. Could also work well with any seafood or veggie sausage.
61. Super easy, very bright, but also quite rich. Would make again, but should investigate other beans and rice dishes.
60. Easy, light and bright. Would work with mild flavored greens. Optional toppings might include a hard boiled egg or feta. Pita would pair well. Don’t cook off too much broth, it’s delicious!
59. Relatively quick in the whirly-gig
58. Super tasty, and very easy. Plus, requires no pre-planning, since the rice cakes only need to soak for 10 minutes. Also available in a cheese version!
57. Served with coconut turmeric rice. Spicy, buttery, garlicky. A nice way to make very flavorful shrimp, if a lot of butter. Also forgot 2: 54. Mattar paneer/tofu. Needed more spices, and to be hotter 56. Cilantro lime tahini sauce. A fresher way to do tahini sauce.
56. Not as good as the anchovy carbonara. Probably not a repeat.
55. Really excellent and easy.
