77. Comes together quickly. Use half the fish, cherry tomatoes would be better, cut the olives in half.
76. Sweet and salty wheat noodles that require no forethought. Has cabbage but a hearty green would work. Snap peas would be awesome. Maybe broccoli? Could be spicier.
75. Served with pilau. Tasty and easy, and doesn’t require white wine. Probably works with any spiced rice, though technically meant to be paired with sweet potatoes.
74. Great warm, apparently meant to be cold. Had smash a lot of beans, but very creamy and filling.
Now broadcasting from Fort Collins. Took a little spin up Rist Canyon and down Poudre Canyon. Early season for sure. Also, new stem from @larkin_cycles
73. Fantastically creamy and satisfying. Don’t change a thing, delicious as is.
Hey Phoenix.
72. A good use of dried mushrooms, but otherwise unremarkable
70 & 71. Kale definitely repeat. Great for using up coconut. Pairs well with the fried rice. Think rice would go well with mint too. Definitely do half batch of rice.
69. Excellent, a viable and perhaps preferable alternative to the usual red curry preparation. Rice vermicelli is a good addition. Plenty of herbs. Warm the noodles and tofu in the microwave first. Canned tomatoes are fine.
