Rode the Poudre Canyon 600k with this great group of Colorandos. That completes my series, and by extension, my 2023 Paris-Brest-Paris qualifying.

26/50. With frizzled onions. An excellent pairing with pan de cristal and red wine.
25/50. With roasted potatoes. Romaine salad with fresh caesar dressing.
24/50 Super deep flavors, in contrast to the fresher spring flavors of the previous sheet pan gnocchi.
23/50. Light and very airy. Bread flour is absolutely required. Maybe try with sourdough and/or a small amount of whole wheat flour.
